about me

My training is in Person-Centred and Existential Counselling and I qualified in 2004. Since then my approach has incorporated other theories and practices to provide an integrated, humanistic approach tailored to the individual.

I believe we are all masters of our own lives and I will work with you to discover and refine your inner beliefs and values towards more authentic living.

I work with individuals and couples at my private office in Calmore, or over Skype, and offer evening sessions as well as daytime to fit with your other commitments. The number of sessions required will be determined as we work together but I review progress regularly.

I abide by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Ethical Framework and attend supervision monthly.

I am a Registered Accredited Member of the BACP and a member of ATSAC (Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity).
